After my daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor, I wanted to use my skills in design and communication, to turn support into action. I created Stronger Together, a community fundraising initiative that has grown into an ongoing commitment to supporting brain tumor research.

I developed Stronger Together as a cohesive campaign across social, digital and the event experience, creating a simple way for people to participate, share and contribute.
What began with family and friends grew into a community effort supporting research through the American Brain Tumor Association.
The campaign came to life through a community fitness event that brought together friends, family and supporters around a shared purpose. I extended the identity throughout the experience, from event signage and wayfinding to fundraising communications.

EXTENDING THE IMPACT
Stronger Together also created an opportunity to bring this purpose into my professional world. I secured REVEL’s sponsorship of the Bay Area BT5K, brought in product support from BEAR and Biscoff, and rallied colleagues across our U.S. office, remote teams and manufacturing team to participate.
At the same event, I was invited to speak on behalf of caregivers, extending my involvement beyond creative work into advocacy for the brain tumor community.
