Today, I'm most drawn to organizations whose mission I'd happily learn about long after the workday ends. I do my best work when I genuinely believe in what I'm helping build.
I believe the most meaningful brands are more than recognizable. They reflect the character, values, and purpose of an organization and give people something they genuinely want to connect with. That's what continues to inspire me after more than 20 years in design.
